Shortcode for product title

Hello

Is it possible to use the product title as a shortcode? We use our onlineshop for the booking of language tests and it would be great to see the product title in the email header. Our product titles have the necessary informations about the location, language level and date of the test, so it would be great to see everything at once.

example:
Booking confirmation of {customer_name} for {product_title}

In my imagination it should look like this:

Booking confirmation of John Doe for english language test in Bern at dec 12 2022

Is there any possibility to do this?
