Shortcodes for Billing and Shipping Fields

What is the way to get just the data from each billing and shipping address field? The Billing Address and Shipping Address block each output the entire address (i.e. first name, last name, street address 1, street address 2, city, state, etc.).

I have tried a couple of different ways to get just {billing_city} for instance within the New Order email template, but can’t seem to get it to populate. Please assist on how I can do this.
