Show latest review on shortcode

Hi,

1. This is the shortcode I’m using right now on the homepage

How can I make it show latest reviews from all product categories?

2. Is it possible to add ‘edit your review’ button? I can’t find anywhere users can edit once they leave reviews

3. Is it possible to add the dates that user wrote a review?
