show out of stock variations

Hi,
if one of several variations is out of stock it’s possible to deactivate but show this variation (see third row and third column – “Chardonnay Junge Haid”) – that’s great.

But if no variation of one product is on stock the variations are not displayed (see second row, first column – “Grüner Veltliner Weinviertel DAC Revolution”). Is it possible to show and deactivate them like above expample?
