Simple Subscription Products no longer working, order bump checkbox does not work

Goal – I want to upsell a Simple Subscription when a customer spends over £20.00

1) Product to upsell – VIP Club (ID 26719) – simple subscription
2) The product does not show no matter the configuration (the process is working because any other product it shows at checkout)

I do have a staging site for testing if you would like access to check this

PROBLEM 2

If I try the order bump option as an alternative, you cannot populate the check-box. When clicked a message is received “Sorry, this product is unavailable. Please choose a different combination”.
