Since enabled my page is super slow to load

Hi
Since i enabled multicurrency my site is super slow to load. I was looking at GTMETRIX site to understand my speed and it seems that it takes too long to redirect from my site alkanatur.co to alkanatur.co/v?xxxxxxx which is the version of my site when it detects the currency.

Do you have an idea on how to solve this i have gone through the settings several times but cant seem to find anything that could help
