Site Crashes and Wont stop loading

I am losing my mind with this plugin and my inability to figure out the problem. When the plugin is activated on my site, I cannot access my WP Admin or my dashboard. It happened suddenly. I was integrating products for hours perfectly well when my site wouldn’t refresh, and I had no access. I tried Bluehost, and they did something. For about five minutes, it worked again until it stopped working again. I contacted Bluehost two more times, and they told me this was not a “them” issue because my site was fine when I deactivated the plugin. I need this plugin really badly, so I am hoping there is hope for me. Any ideas?
PS There is no screenshot. My screen just goes black and the circle on the tab just keeps going and going.
