Slow page load according to GTmetrix

    Hi,
    according to GTmetrix my website takes 2.5 secs only for loading: wp-admin/admin-ajax.php, action=wmc_get_products_price.
    Is there a way to improve the performance?
    I use a cache plugin and also Cloudflare.
    I don’t use the Currency by Country option.
