I have the latest version of your Multi-Currency pro version.
and it has been working fine.

I have recently noticed that I now get the following message on my checkout page

Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements.

and PayPal checkout is no longer displayed.

when I deactivate your plugin the message is gone and the PayPal buttons are displayed again.

I have tried to disable different plugins to see if there is an issue but they are working fine

I have had to disable your plugin as no one can buy from my site
