my customers visit my website at http://www.wwmummygrab.com using their smartphone, when they spin or clicked on “No, thanks” link, the pop-up is supposed to show up again after 5 minutes (according to plugin settings). but after 10 minutes, they refreshed the homepage or any other pages, the wheel pop-up no longer shows up. if desktop, the wheel pop-up does show up after interval.
can you please check why?
