Spin data not visible in email tab in dashboard

    Hello Support

    This is very urgent. When we enter data in the spin wheel after submitting details we receive an email of winning an award but when we check spin data in the email tab of lucky wheel spin then data is not showing. Please see attached screenshot.

    Please see this screenshot – https://prnt.sc/m89IxyanPlsX. In this screenshot you saw the last data is 29 nov 2024 . We can not see the latest spin wheel entry.
