Spin not work but email is inserted

Hello,
I have an issue with my lucky wheel. When i click start spin, the loader just loop, no spin animation move and no reward text. But, the email that i submit was inserted with no label (prize) information. Can you help me? Like whats wrong with the apps? What step do i need to take to solve this?
