Stripe and Paypal html request

Good day team,

I am very satisfied with your plugin it works great. But for the past few days I have been trying to optimise website speed. I started with reducing HTML requests made on page and I did it pretty good. But when I was optimising I came across to Stripe and Paypal requests which are executing on every single page since I am using your cart as a checkout as well. Now the question is can we somehow call for Stripe and Paypal request once customer reach the end point of your cart – checkout form. As it is really annoying seeing that Stripe and Paypal are loading all the time even though no one is using them but they are loading because your fly cart calls them.
