Subject: Orders Being Processed in Wrong Currency

We are experiencing a critical issue with the currency switcher on our WooCommerce site. Our company is based in the EU, and we only accept payments in EUR. However, we want to display different currencies to users so they can estimate prices in their local currency.

The problem arises during checkout. One of our recent orders was processed in PLN instead of EUR, causing a significant discrepancy.
Our intended functionality is to allow users to view prices in their local currency, but the checkout should always process payments in EUR. We are using Mollie as our payment gateway.

In the checkout I can see the prices in Euro, also if I visited the site with different currencies active. In the plugin settings the Checkout page is disabled (https://prnt.sc/_hyhjaT_Ho9e)
Checkout currency is set to EURO as default.
Could you please investigate this issue and provide guidance on how to ensure that all orders are processed in EUR, while still displaying local currencies for reference on product pages?
