Submitted review was blocked

Hey,

I have a question on my website, when I tried to submit a review on the product page, the review was blocked, I didn’t receive an email and the review didn’t show on the review area as well. But, when I submit the review from photo review- add a review, the review could be shown. But in that case, if customers submit a review, I can’t receive it?

Also, when I ban the plug photo review and submit a review from the product page, I can receive the email about the review and I can see it in the review area. All the reviews need to be approved manually, but I can see it.
