subscription payment not work

I need my local currency appears in the website, just the moment while redirecting to paypal is what i need to be $

I set the settings in the plugin page

When i proceed payment with paypal, the page redirects to the cart page,
and also the amount switching to zero

Note: this is a subscription payment
