Swatches showing only on few products on product list

Hi there
We recently upgraded from free to paid plugin just to show color swatches on product list. Therefor swatches are shown only on few products (II generation sale) and not on the others (those from top). I compared those products – they’re the same in terms of configuration of attributes and variations. Please advise.
