Tax according to currency selection

Hi,

Is there a way to have the tax for a specific country to be applied when one selects a specific currency?

For example, US customers have VAT exemption, so I want that the prices displayed to them when they select US dollars to be shown without VAT, without them having to insert the address in the cart or checkout.
