Tax Name Display in Email

Hi,

I’ve set the Woocommerce tax name to ‘GST’ but in the order totals section of the Woocommerce email it is showing as ‘VAT’.

How can I change the tax name label used in the order total shortcode for the template emails, so that the tax name it is displayed as ‘GST’?
