Template based on billing country

then I have bought your plugin and activated it and this function Billing country does not appear. https://prnt.sc/ZLKxeRUWX48_

What is the problem? I bought it because I needed this function.
I wanted a custom email template from another country ordering.
What can I do?

Your collage told me that it is because of WPML or Polylang. yes I am using multilangual plugin and how can I resolve this problem?
