How to only import items shipping from EU Countries

Hi,

So i see that there is a feature to enabled only items shipping from China. However i want to only import items shipping from Spain preferably, or just an EU country.

If that is not possible, i was hoping i could import only items that have a delivery time below 23 days. Is something like that possible in this plugin`?
