Text Editor Missing

Hello, I want to edit the font size and color of the selected element, but there’s no text editor options. Please view the screenshot for reference: https://pasteboard.co/ZvYAMGyPrDmQ.jpg

I tested with only WooCommerce and this plugin active, everything fully updated including WordPress. The site is using PHP 8.1. Same issue.
