Thank you page plugin – presale question

I have a certain requirement. I was not sure if your plug-in can help us with this. The product we sell on our website is a medicinal product that requires a prescription, so here is the workflow that we were wondering would be possible or not with your plug-in.
After check out once the customer has successfully placed the order, thank you page appears on the thank you page. We want to show three buttons. The first button upload your prescription. The second button book an appointment (we use Amelia appointment booking system and they have a shortcut through which a pop-up will appear at the customer can book an appointment) the third button schedule a “call back from customer care” to book appointment.
Now I am quite certain that we will be able to display three buttons, including one that is running a short code. However, my biggest question here would be that if the customer chooses to upload the prescription, can this prescription be attached to his order ID on the back end, using advance custom fees, add on, please advise if this is possible with your plug-in.
