The Email for Abandoned Cart does not work

Hello,
I installed before some days the Pro version to my site. The abandoned carts are saved at wp-admin/admin.php?page=wacv_sections but the Email does not work.

Only if I send it manually.

I tried with your cron
* * * * * curl https://www.decomagia.gr?crtk=660c522153127dc3cc617f6a771ca227

And with
* * * * * wget -q -O – https://www.decomagia.gr?crtk=660c522153127dc3cc617f6a771ca227 >/dev/null 2>&1

But no automatic is sent.
