The email template does not come unedited only for one product

Hey,
I recently purchased the WooCommerce Email Template Customizer. Key activated. After several tests, a problem was found. For only one product, the template (Your order ___ has been received) does not change except for the footer and header. Subject and email body comes basic (not modified or translated). On all other products everything works fine.
This product is a promotion – a subscription for a month for free.
