The email with the coupon is not sent

Hi.
Here 2 warnings:

1. When active the plugin to first time, appear it:

About the principal problem. All the emails works fine but when I checked “Verified owner is required” the cupon is not generated, and Im testing with several customer account with a purchase, and leave a comment in his product, and when it is approved, appear a green icon says “verified”, but the email with the coupon is not sent.

Some suggestion?
