The images are not displayed in the PopUp.

I did the complete installation and product promotions were made. Cross Sell, it shows the banner, but the images are not visible. I have tested it on PC and Mobile and in both options it does not show the images.

The “gift box” icon does not appear either. I tried it on Crome, Edge and Opera browser and in neither option it shows the images and the “lower left” gift icon.

I need your help, yesterday I bought the package and I thought maybe it was not showing because I was using the trial version.
