The loss of everything I have created and translated

I spent hours creating and translating all the emails for Woocomerce. I had 1 or 2 left to do and everything got lost and only the headlines remained. Several hours of work is gone and I no longer have confidence in your plugin. Therefore I want to ask you to refund the purchase amount. Unfortunately I am not satisfied.
