The menu no longer follows the scrolling of the page

Hi!

I purchased the plugin and activating it removed the theme functionality on the menu, i.e. as the page scrolls, the menu also follows.

You can see this by disabling the plugin.

I would like the free shipping bar to follow the menu on page scroll. But not at the top of the menu but at the bottom.

Can you help me?
