the new and updated email templates are not beein used

hi, i am having an issue, i was able to update several emails templates but when i try to enable on the email notifications part, these new one only appear as manual, i am not able to disable the default from WooCommerce for the new one, Check the image: https://app.screencast.com/B8ix4S4vIXedU

if there a process or guide that shows how to edit one of the templates and how to enable on WooCommerce email notification part?
