The plugin does not refresh

I purchased the plugin and installed it on the site. It really works, but there is a problem when I add products, the price on the bar is not updated all the time, but only when I change a category and it is really not right! I want every customer who adds an item to the cart at that moment, the bar will display the amount that is currently in the cart and it doesn’t happen, how do I fix it??
