The plugin is not working

So I was looking for a plug in that can inform customer the order deliveried by emails or by text. I came across this when I tried to play with woocommerce. To be honest Im not an expert of web development. But I tried everything and tried to set up! SMS I don’t know it didn’t work. Seemms like I have to pay more money to someone else to have API keys and secret key stuffs. But try to send the emails update the status for the order (deliveried) doesn’t work after set up! If it’s still not working, I want money back please! Thank you!I include here the picture from before install
WooCommerce Orders Tracking – SMS – PayPal Tracking Autopilot and after. And it’s not sending email notification either tracking it from the website!
