The review form cannot be displayed

Hello, I’m using the Woodmart theme on WordPress. I’ve just installed this plugin and imported my previous reviews from Judge.me. I have a few issues:
1. The review form won’t display. It doesn’t show up whether I use an HTML block or the Elementor widget.
2. When using the Photo Review widget, the rating section shows “average rating on This product” and “reviews on this product,” which is incorrect. According to your tutorial and other users’ screenshots, it should say “based on 37 reviews.”
3. I set the display layout to List 1, but it doesn’t show on the front end.
