The shipping data of the client are not sending correctly to aliexpress

I’m facing an issue where the client’s country, state, and city information isn’t being sent correctly to AliExpress. It defaults to showing Saudi Arabia as the country, “Other” as the state, and doesn’t include the first and last name. I need urgent assistance to resolve this

I use non latin words and it is a must to use it cause I am in an arabic country

I have this problem in two sites
