The tracking data not fully synced with Track17

Hi. There is a difference between data shown in plugin than data shown on Track17 website or on UkrPoshta website.

In Woocomerce I see only 1 last update which is also different:
https://skrynua.com/orders-tracking/?woo_orders_tracking_nonce=b2f322d2ac
