When I click on the tracking number sent to my email address (as a customer) I am redirected to the tracking page within my website.
The form data (email address, order number, tracking number) is already filled in. However, when I click the “Search” button to check the status of the package, the information appears:
“The tracking number has expired or cannot be found in existing orders.”
But as soon as I remove the email address from the form and leave the order number and tracking number, then the shipment status check works correctly.
