This product can not be delivered to Bangladesh

Dear VillaTheme Support Team,

I am experiencing a couple of critical issues with the ALD – AliExpress Dropshipping and Fulfillment for WooCommerce plugin and need your assistance:

Shipping Issue – Incorrectly showing “This product cannot be delivered to Bangladesh”

The imported AliExpress product can actually be shipped to Bangladesh (confirmed on AliExpress directly).

However, after importing via ALD, the product page displays:
“This product cannot be delivered to Bangladesh”

I have already:

Enabled API key and access token

Turned off “Remember shipping company”

Tried resyncing product shipping info

Checked Frontend Shipping and Product Sync settings

Still, the message persists. It seems the shipping availability is not updating properly via the API.

Access Token – Error on “Get Access Token”

When I click “Get Access Token”, it shows:
“send error data”

I’m already logged in to AliExpress in the same browser

Tried disabling pop-up blocker, different browser, and incognito mode — same result

Note: The current access token is still valid (expires on August 15, 2025)

Could you please help me resolve these issues or let me know if there’s a bug or known workaround?
