This product can not be delivered to United States (US).

Hello..
I have the pro version of the plugin.
First issue:
Some items I import show this message:
“This product can not be delivered to United States (US).”
Second issue:
In the plugin settings, under Fulfill, I have this message at the bottom of the page:
“Order auto-sync is currently DISABLED”
– Please note that product auto-sync is turned on under Product Sync

On Aliexpress, the item is available to be shipped to the USA.
If you go to “Edit Product, the website for the supplier is not present. I tried to add the link from Aliexpress, but it keeps loading with no real update.
I use Woocommerce and Flatsome Theme.

I disabled/enabled plugins.
I removed and reinstalled the plugins.

I’ve been trying to troubleshoot this problem for two days, and no luck.
I used the documentation and followed all the steps.
Please help ASAP
