Token access

Hello,

I have an online website that uses ALD, and I was told I need to obtain a token in order to access bulk shipping. I’ve been trying to set this up, but I’m running into an issue.

When I attempt to log into Eveno, the page refreshes and brings me back to the initial screen, asking me to restart the process again. Because of this, I haven’t been able to reach the screen where I can enter my purchase code.

I’ve followed the setup steps as instructed, but I seem to be stuck at the login stage. Would you be able to help me troubleshoot this issue or advise on how to proceed?
