Tracking data unavailable

Hi there,

I’ve been unable to receive any tracking information with your order tracking plugin and receive the error ‘Tracking data is not available now. Please come back later. Thank you.’

At first, I tried to use an API key generated from Aftership. When I first opened an Aftership account, API was included on the essentials plan which I’m still on. I thought that may be the issue so set up a new Tracktry account and included the API key there. When that didn’t work I upgraded, and tried the key again, but I’m still receiving the same error.

I’ve included the API keys and login details below. I’d appreciate any help with this.
