Tracking emails x 2 keep getting sent? How to delete one of them?

    Hi,

    For the tracking email with tracking numbers, I use the Email Customizer Woocommerce plugin from yourselves. This is already set up. But I cannot see where to select it as the main tracking email, so that your default tracking email stops sending as well? I keep getting two tracking emails!

    At the moment I now receive two tracking emails – 1. the email customized one, 2. the default one. The customized one now has NO tracking numbers under the products in the order (after changing to Complete status)…yet, the default template you guys have with the Order tracking plugin, DOES send them in a table.

    So, the question is, how do I select my customized email, AND have the tracking numbers under the products – it used to do this very well. Or, should I simply use your defaulted email, and delete the customised one?…but I cannot locate where this email is to customize it properly!!

    Please could you advise what to do, so that ONE tracking email gets sent, when order is changed to COMPLETE, AND has the correct tracking numbers under each…
