tracking link in emails

Hi, I’m using this plugin

to send tracking numbers in the default woocommerce order complete emails but when I activate your plugin the shipping information is no longer in the completed email template.

How can I add the tracking information back into the emails? I tried using the hook but that doesn’t seem to work.
