The tracking form is live and active. But, updates are not loading on the form. When one clicks on the “tracking info” button in Woo Commerce, the tracking page loads. But there is no information present. Instead, we get the message
“Tracking data is not available now. Please come back later. Thank you.”
But, when one copies and pastes the tracking info into the carrier’s website directly, it shows that the package is either in transit or delivered. Can you please help?
