Hi there,
I have an issue with a recent tracking number saying “Tracking number is expired or not found in existing orders”
We use TrackTry and everything is set up correctly. Only the recent 2 numbers dont want to get updated.
In the order page they are grey when hitting the update arrows it changes to blue and the notification says in transit
now going to the front tracking page to check the tracking I get the “Tracking number is expired or not found in existing orders”
btw the number is synced correctly with trackTry and can be found and checked there.
