For the past few days, we’ve been experiencing issues related to tracking numbers during the order management process in the backend of our website, which is built on WooCommerce.
Specifically, when an order is in Processing status and we enter the tracking number, the system should automatically update the order to Shipped and send an email notification to the customer with the tracking details. Unfortunately, neither of these actions is taking place.
Additionally, when we try to delete an existing tracking number, the system does not allow us to confirm the operation — the confirmation prompt appears, but the action cannot be completed. After manually refreshing the page, the tracking number does appear to be saved, but the automatic email notification is still not sent.
It’s worth noting that within the pop-up modal, there is a checkbox to send the tracking email automatically, and we have made sure this is properly flagged each time.
