Tracking Page not showing text area & button to track.- Staging site issue

Hi,

Tracking Page not showing text area & button to track when user clicking via email send them post csv upload,

If you go to track page directly it is working fine.

Some of our users reported it for mobile & well us desktop too.

pfa the screenshot also, when we tried one of the customer email which they sent us back when we asked them.

Found the issue :

The links from email were going to our staging/test site track page.

I check 2 orders dated 21st April & 24th April, it means a lot of user have got the bad links.

Disclaimer: We have not used staging site for any of the csv upload.

What we fill that something happened as this plugins is active on that staging test site .

i do not know what happen, but currently we have deleted this plugin form our test env.

what we understand that our homepage name changed to test site name.
