Tracking page Translation

Hey There!

I Recently purchased the orders tracking plugin and Integrated the tracking page with Google Cloud Translation API.

Most of the tracking page was translated from English to Portuguese by using the Google Cloud translation API tool.

However, some content from the page didn’t get translated, as you can see in the images linked bellow, some words in the page, like the placeholder, are still in English.

So, my question is, is there a way for me to change these text from English to Portuguese manually? If so, how can I do that?
