Tracking Plugin NOT Working After Update

WPEngine had recently updated WordPress to version 6.4.3 with PHP 8.2.
However, the WooCommerce Orders Tracking plugin does not seem to function properly.

When staffs in office try to add tracking number to order in the tracking box, it does not save tracking nor send any emails after paste data into it and click “Save” button. Tracking section has “loading wheel” shown, but stuck.

Is it possible that there has to be a way to resolve this as this plugin was working prior the update.
(If you needed file system access, you have to reply that you needed to grant access.)
