Tracking Service Settings Not Saving for 17Track

I’m setting up 17track as my tracking provider. But when I set the appropriate settings for Change Order Status, those setting are not saved when I click the Save button.

It acts like it’s going to save, and even reloads the page, but all the Change Order Status settings are back to the default of “no change”.

I’ve attached screen shots below.

This problem has not been present for TrackingMore or EasyPost, and only seems to be happening on 17track, which is who I’m switching to right now.
