TrackShip and Woocommerce Email Template Customizer

Hello Team;

We use your plugin and also TrackShip for my shipments.
There are some shipment notifications emails to customers when their orders are shipped.
The templates used to work fine, but recently it broke down.
You can see old shipment notifications email template and they were ok.
But now something is broke down.
You can see new shipment notifications email template in att file.

We contacted with TrackShip and they informed us as below;
“We checked the VillaTheme email templates plugin since we worked with them on compatibility in March and the Dev team found that they commented on the code that they added for the compatibility in March. I suggest that you’ll contact them about it since they just need to remove the comment and it will work.
We worked with them to add compatibility but it seems that they commented on the code that they added for the compatibility, and once we removed the comment from their code on our dev environment, the email looks good.
We also emailed them about it… Let me know how it works”

So, could you please help us to solve our problem.
